The Beach Houses are tucked in behind the bright white sand dunes along Waitangi Bay. The stunning beach is right on your doorstep. Continental breakfast at the Hotel is available for $25 per person.
The Beach Houses are located 1100 metres from Hotel Chatham so you may want your own vehicle. Check our rental vehicles here. Hotel Chatham runs a courtesy van to and from the Bar and Restaurant.

Some properties are better suited for groups or long-term arrangements. When you make your enquiry, tell us what you need and we will find our best available accommodation option. Let us know if you have particular needs or if you wish the room to be appointed differently eg. twin or double beds. If you need baby cots and high chairs, please book in advance with your room as we have limited numbers available.

Did someone say food?
The Chatham Islands may be a long way from anywhere but we take our food pretty seriously at the Hotel. We grow most of our own salads and vegetables and of course the seafood is the best and freshest you can get. But if you're on one of our tours we make sure that you're still in for unique local ingredient treats at lunch or dinner-time away from the Hotel too.
